Shiatsu with Emotional Release takes place on a futon mat and/or massage table. EFT usually takes place sitting upright in a chair . Please wear loose clothing and refrain from eating a heavy meal before a treatment.

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour. The initial consultation normally take 1 ½ hours .
